Deuteronomy 33:27

“The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.”

"Infinite power shall stoop that you may lean upon its shoulder."

Charles Spurgeon

The mountains appear as if they were scooped into place by mighty fingers.

Sunsets are painted with an almighty paintbrush.

Clouds are the dust of his feet.

If the oceans were ink, one would drain it dry to write of him.

His thoughts of you are more in number than the sand.

Yet, this almighty Creator, stoops low so that you may rest your weary head on his shoulder. He, who holds it all together, holds arms wide open for you.

He, who never misses a sparrow’s funeral, kneels down to give you a place to rest, on his shoulder, near his heart.

He let John lay on his chest at the last supper.

He made time to let him rest.

And he does the same for you, he willing stoops low to give you a place to rest and lay down your burdens.

He is so great.

Yet nothing is greater to him than caring for you.🤍

Jesus wins

I can see him

I used to believe that walking with God meant having some sort of map, if not the full route, at least the next step, the next door, the next green light. But now? I am standing in the fog. Everything
