Hebrews 6:10

“For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.”

Let the sweet friendship of Mary and Elizabeth speak to every heart that’s ever felt unseen or unworthy.

Two women.

Two wombs.

Two promises, each cradling a miracle.

Yet not one shadow of rivalry between them—only radiant joy, holy awe, and the leaping of life within.

Mary did not shrink at Elizabeth’s seasoned years or honored place.

Elizabeth did not wither beneath the glow of Mary’s divine calling.

Instead, they embraced—sisters not by blood, but by purpose.

Each recognizing the divine in the other.

Each blessing what God was doing in her.

There was no comparison, only confirmation.

No competition, only celebration.

Elizabeth’s voice was not silenced by Mary’s song—she amplified it.

And Mary’s soul magnified the Lord all the more in the safety of Elizabeth’s embrace.

Let their story pour healing oil over every weary soul that has wondered if their calling is enough.

Let it silence the lie that your light must dim for another’s to shine.

Let it remind you:

What God has placed inside you is sacred, significant.

It does not threaten what He’s placed in another.

It complements. It completes. It confirms.

So rise.

Stand tall.

Bless what they carry. Rejoice in what is growing in you. For the kingdom is built not in competition, but in communion.

No calling is smaller than another.

There is no need to try to outshine someone else, just shine and draw others to Him who is worthy.

Just be faithful, and rejoice with those who are faithful alongside you! Let the striving cease.
