No interruptions with Jesus

Ephesians 3:20

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”

So many of the miracles of the ministry of Jesus, appeared to be an interruption.

Yet they were miracles within miracles.

On the way to heal a 12 year old girl, a woman grabbed his hem and was healed.

In the middle of a wedding, they ran out of wine.

The lepers.

The blind man.

The man with the withered hand.

The man with the demon possessed child.

The Syrophenecian woman,

The woman at the well.

People who seemingly interrupted him, on his way to touch someone else. Yet, he touched them too. Miracles in the middle of miracles.

When Jairus had to stop, so Jesus could talk to the woman with the issue of blood, I’m sure he felt interrupted. His daughter was dying, then he received word that she was dead. Had this delay caused her to die? If Jesus wouldn’t have been interrupted, would she have lived?

It had to be frustrating to watch Jesus tarry when this need was so urgent.

But Jesus knew exactly what he was doing.

There are no interruptions with him, just perfectly laid plans.

He knew, when that little girl was born, 12 years prior, that the woman with the issue of blood was starting her journey of going to physician to physician, seeking a cure.

He knew that when that little girl got sick, the woman would’ve exhausted all her options. She would’ve been hopeless.

But then Hope stepped in, and he was interruptible.

Sometimes the biggest interruptions, the biggest delays, are divinely ordered. Someone else’s miracle just might be wrapped up in yours.

There are no interruptions in the eyes of the One who created each “bump” in the road.

What you feel like is inactivity, is never inability.

When the Lord seemed to be the most inactive, the most interrupted, as his body lay in the tomb, he was moving more than he ever had been!

The interruptions.

The seeming “inactivity” on your behalf…

He is moving.

Your miracle may be the key to unlocking someone else’s! Don’t lose hope, he’s moving, he’s working, and he has not been distracted from you!
